Sending my condolences to Elvin's Family and friends. He sure will be missed. His smile, his songs, and his little nick names for everyone.
You made a difference and opened the heart of Powassan. You called me lots of nick names until you finally game me the name mum...
You will forever be in our hearts Elvin. Rest in peace

Elvis will be missed by so many of us. He was such a kind, wonderful man, always smiles and so generous with his belief of sharing his money. He always looked forward to my cookies, treats, fruit and coffee funds.. I enjoyed my years of spending time with him and we shared many stories as we walked up and down Main St., etc. God has him now. Sending warmest "Sympathy and Condolences" to ALL his family and friends.

Oh Elvin, we will miss you. So enjoyed your friendly smile and chats. Never saw you in a bad mood or never heard a mean word cross your lips. You were always kind, always a gentleman. I hope your Heaven has lots of 'bacon and eggs" and lots of cigarettes and pop and that Tom T. the great Mr. Hall is there to greet you and join you in a duet or two. You were a ray of sunshine on our streets, and brought out our humanity... you taught us a lot and have earned your rest. I will miss you. To the Smith family , my sincere condolences for your loss of this fine man.

I didn't know Elvis well and doubt if he remembered me but he was always a fixture in Powassan when I was growing up. I have thought of him a number of times over the years and, until now, really thought about him having a family. To them, I extend my condolences and my heartfelt best wishes. Elvis has left the building but he impacted so positively on so many people's lives.
